My honest opinion is to not trust them. Unfortunately, because this is a small company they will know from who this comment is. So I'll just tell you exactly what happened. I worked a lot, I had lots of fun, I was motivated, and did not count my time. I know for a fact that they enjoyed my work because after 3 months I got a 10 000$ (yearly) raise. But 2 weeks later, I got called into an office and was laid off - with no reason except " we are going in another direction". The quality of the products or the cleanliness of the office and warehouse is to be worked on. Ho, and after leaving, my team told me that the direction told them that I left by choice and that I wasn't fired.

Management hates their own job - makes it hard to be motivated about your own especially when you are starting. Unorganized - they throw numerous topics without taking them to completion or following a clear direction. Don't value or invest in new ideas - they play too safe which makes the work uninteresting and not rewarding for any starter or staff with a newer outlook. No salary benefits - Pay is low without insurance or any type of group plan. Don't care about company culture and environment - offices are gross and not cosy at all, there is no cohesion or cooperation between departments, just a very old office mentality. Fires employees right away instead of trying to improve or see what is affecting the work.
