Its weird that I can't think of anything just that it was my first job in IT sector.
Cons
Not that I am pessimist but got extremely demotivated in this office. 1. You won't get any appreciation for your work. 2. They will assign for one job and will give you other. 3. All the upper management don't communicate. One person will give you one task and other will give something else and without proper communication. 4. There will be no meeting or introduction with director of the company 5. The booses are mean. They don't have any experience in IT yet they will demean you rather than support you. 6. On training you will have tp learn all by yourself there will be no one to teach you. 7. They keep your original documents for few day to be assure that you won't leave. You can understand how insecure the company is. 8. No request will be heard. 9. Saturday is working and your boss will call you in the break time. 10. No dinning area, either you will eat on stairs or in your desk. Poor thing. 11. You won't be assigned with company domain. 12. There will be bond in which salary cut or cheque will be kept. Seriously there are more.. If you really have nothing and have no desire to learn go for it.
