Business outlook
Pros
Worked in one of the companies that got acquired by mks, they do care about quality and improving the product. They continued to invest in R&D, employee pay and development. The company has been growing quickly and I think their business strategy is a good.
Cons
There are some times 2-4 unpaid 1 week shutdowns per year. Also they will only tell you a shutdown is coming a few weeks in advance. So technically you can take a vacation whenever you want... ...However you risk missing pay, if you don't take it exactly when they tell you.
