      Great support in the past, but micromanagement now affects morale

      Pros

      Used to have great Managers and Directors before who really support the team and the company but already left.

      Cons

      There is one HOD there that you need to avoid if possible. The only one who does micromanagement. It can be heavily political too. Try to avoid that person.
