If you’re looking for a place to grow and make a real impact, this is the right spot. MHC’s positive momentum is fueled by the addition of several new senior leaders who bring fresh, forward-thinking perspectives. Complementing this, the company has assembled a team of experts to drive its Customer Communications Management (CCM) go-to-market strategy across sales, marketing, and product management. Many of these leaders have deep industry expertise, bringing valuable insights and inspiring confidence in the company’s trajectory. I take exception to other criticisms about the company’s technology which I suspect are old and outdated given recent re-platforming and AI capabilities. The CCM solution, in particular, is more advanced than many competing platforms—and genuinely has the potential to outperform others in the market. The key now is building broader awareness for this NorthStar platform and key solutions.
