Not the best place in the world to work at. No real strategy when making decisions. Owner has the final say in everything, your experience doesn't count. Lots of employees have either been terminated or left.

HR forces you into the office during the worst COVID spread in LA - disgusting and by the way the MGA cares never went anywhere except the CEO pocketbook.

An extremely creative place. Always able to try new things.
Cons
We are reminded every other day that we are having an AMAZING YEAR but we were told we weren’t getting raises at the beginning of the year. Everyone is crushed under the CEO and if you can learn to cater to him you’ll go far. The company is not very collaborative everyone does there own thing and you will always be told you aren’t good enough. The ceo also put together an internal team to leave good reviews on Glassdoor.
