Pros

2 weeks PTO and Vacation Time

Cons

Uneducated mid-level managers run the entire organization; employee issues are not resolved amicably or favorably since there is no discipline for managers. Hostile work environment where employees are afraid to lose their jobs, and therefore, will not speak up. Management uses deceptive practices to recruit and retain employees by making false promises in regards to raises and accrual of vacation time. Good luck taking time off without a guilt trip. Only work here if you are desperate.

Pros

The hospital staff is knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to finding out who is on the inpatient census and needs to be screened daily. There are also many computer systems that make it helpful in doing the daily work.

Cons

Hours are not as good as they could be. To many employees on a weekend. Hours should be Monday through friday, right now they have split shifts and to many people scheduled on a shift so it is very crowded. There are many computer programs to use on a daily basis and a con would be that you must change your passwords every 10 days and if you don't you get locked out.
