      Pros

      Humble enough to realize we need to adapt and improve the way we serve the communities we engage with. I truly enjoy the "continuous improvement" approach. We have an amazingly talented team of designers that are curious about each other and our clients. Having a global presence creates strong diversity of experiences, backgrounds and ideas.

      Cons

      As continuous improvement happens sometimes it can feel too disruptive, especially when not acknowledged as change.

      MASS is a really great place to work, with team members and managers that actually care about you and the clients and communities you work with. They are really seeking to walk the talk and be transparent and clear, even in a challenging market.

      Nonprofit architecture is a tough place to be.
