The worse working experience in my career. Manager does not care about your well being, cannot control his temper, frequently yells and verbally abuse and bully subordinates and treat people like dirt. Company illegally dumps toxic organic chemicals down the drain and does not provide appropriate PPE when dealing with hazardous materials. Employees are not valued here, only exploited to the fullest extend. There is no career development to speak of. Since it is a family run business, nepotism is rampant. There is no direct deposit and paychecks are often late due to frequent cash flow issues. They are even so cheap that they do not mail the check to your address but hand it to you at your desk. Also they often withhold a percentage (10%) of your paycheck due to cashflow issues, months at a time without interest. Company cares about the time you spent at the office more than the quantity and quality of work you complete. There is no performance review and hence no salary adjustment.

You will be used and abused. Your paycheck will be late EVERY TIME without fail, sometimes up to 4 days late. Management loves to publicly disrespect employees in front of your colleagues; Making sport of your ethnicity, your religion, your weight. They only treat you with respect if you're Indian. They monitor your bathroom breaks and lunch breaks VERY closely, while the Indians take 1 hour+ lunch breaks without being repremanded. This company is a Kindergarten for adults without a single competent person in management. They illegally dump hazardous waste outside the building on company property and somehow have managed to pass inspections every year. Chemicals that are required to be used outside or in a well ventilated area are frequently used inside the building without providing employees even the most basic hazard/safety equipment. Lastly, if they had it their way, the company would be 100% entirely Indian owned and operated. They've intentionally hired ONE of each ethnicity just to meet Equal Opportunity Standards.
