Some Great People, But Discouraging Atmosphere

Pros

My bosses always had my back. They supported me and encouraged me and tried to help me learn. Even when their leadership was being tough on them, they always encouraged our team.

Cons

Toxic environment. I believe it's from the board on down. When I left, many people were jumping ship as well because of the distrusting atmosphere. I constantly felt like I had to watch my back because there's a lot of firing/questionable resignations. It constantly felt like a proverbial witch-hunt. The senior leadership doesn't offer any consolation for those left behind and kept giving hints of more changes on the horizon. I left because I could see it getting worse.
