      1) Too Much Politics. 2) Always there is a fear that you will be shown the door for no reason. 3) No calrity in functionnig. 4) Owners are rude . 5) Business head is useless , he even cant think , promotes groupism

      Nothing great , except good office and lots of pomp and show salary date is not fixed

      Cons

      No Democracy Always there is atmosphere of fear Group ism is prevalent , same is encouraged by sales head People known to the promoter family have more authority irrespective of their post in the company . No transparency HR is a mute spectator, helpless ... has no authority
