Pros

great people, provide food and beverages daily. Good guys to work around and get your job done as a collective group!

Cons

No pay scale what so ever. Your coworker who works right beside you could make way more than you (3-4 bucks an hour) and you do more work or as much work as they do. The structure is a joke bc it is completely nonexistent. get in with the management click or you will stay a operator forever.

Pros

Professional and caring supervisors and co-workers. Even though it is a corporation there is a "we are family" atmosphere. The CEO is a very caring, admirable man who effectively runs the "Sunshine Pump"--very positive and optimistic.

Cons

Being in the Oil and Gas industry, there are cyclical economic trends that deem it necessary to cut back at times and, unfortunately, that results in people moving on.

Pros

Great company that really tries to make sure employees are happy. The small things that the company does are noticed and very much appreciated. Everyone has met the owner of the company and even though the main office is in Houston, they usually know you by name and actively listen to people when issues ever do come up.

Cons

Momentum has grown a substantial amount in the last few years so there have been some growing pains. Sometimes middle management tries to follow how other larger companies do business which is unfortunate since I believe the reason they do so well is because of how they have adapted to being where they are right now. I hear lot of bad advice going up the chain of command and while glad they listen to employees, sometimes it ends up making small/non issues worse in the long run because that's all they hear and naturally they want to change something to make it better.
