Pros

The CEO hasn't shown her face in the office in over a month since she was fired (or resigned, rumor is now that she was fired for conspiring against the Chairman of the co and not being able to deliver any results since joined to the co). The good news is she hasn't shown up in over a month, so she is no longer wasting our time. Good riddance - she DID NOT MAKE EVEN ONE SINGLE contribution to the co since joining.

Cons

As a sales person at M-Brain, it's a mission impossible to sell the M-Brain solutions. Even if we give away free trials, most customers just don't want our solutions. The well informed ones choose a competitor solution, the stupid ones chose M-Brain. The M-Brain engine and technology just doesn't work well. It produces so much noise it's useless to the clients. Definitely do NOT work here. The few units of the co that were healthy are now all in severe decline.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Due to us having our bond listed, we are unfortunately unable to give you individual figures but our revenue last year was EUR 30 341 thousand, which should speak for itself. We currently have offices in 15 countries and all of these offices sell M-Brain solutions which are all based on our own technology. Our own technology and our fantastic team behind it is what sets us apart from competitors and it is something we are very proud of at M-Brain. However, we are always happy to hear development ideas and feedback on our solutions so please do get in touch if you would like to share your suggestions. Kind regards, Krista Tirkkonen Chief HR Officer

Office culture destroys productivity

Pros

Great colleagues Good experience for a future career

Cons

The Toronto office culture isn't up to par with the standards within the industry. The management is allowing individual gatekeepers to harass employees, which demotivates and alienates experienced employees and confuses young talent. The team is fun to work with, and if you're on good terms with gatekeepers you can enjoy work. The downside is that it's very hard to know if the gatekeeper is on your side or not.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you feel this way. We continuously encourage the development of all employees and we conduct anonymous surveys periodically in our Toronto office, where our culture is seen as one of our most positive aspects. Furthermore, the lead analysts and account managers in the Toronto office have developed from entry positions in our office. If you would like to discuss these issues in more detail, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me. Best wishes, Krista Tirkkonen CHRO

Pros

It is a shame to read such negative reviews about M-Brain, and more specifically, the Toronto office, when the same sentiments are not expressed or ever felt within our office. To the contrary, our office is comprised of extremely hard-working, intelligent, and supportive individuals who generally care about the future of the company. I can speak for myself and many colleagues whom I have personally heard express the same sentiments that I can't imagine a better workplace culture. I generally go to work excited every day, and that speaks volumes. Much of this can be attributed to upper management at the Toronto office being incredibly supportive with a clear focus on learning and mentoring. Key pros include: 1. Supportive workplace culture and good work-life balance 2. Highly intelligent, down-to-earth, fun colleagues 3. Colleagues focus on going above and beyond and making real, positive impacts on clients 4. Flexible upper management that care about its people and provide real opportunities for learning and career development 5. Diverse responsibilities and different learning opportunities (nothing is repetitive, never bored) 6. Goals-oriented, plenty of opportunities for challenges and individual growth

Cons

While there has been a lot of talk about M-Brain's global operations facing some real challenges, this can be expected from any acquisition, and is likely only a temporary hiccup. This has not been felt so much at the Toronto office, especially in the day-to-day. The good news is that management cares and positive strides are being taken by setting and communicating a clear vision.

Hi, Thank you for your positive feedback! It is great to hear your appreciation of your colleagues. Our staff is the best asset we have and we are very happy to hear how much the employees of the company also value each other. We acknowledge the fact that acquisitions and mergers are never easy on the staff of the companies involved. Therefore, we try our best learn from each one that we go through to make it easier to our staff and the company as a whole in case of any future mergers. Kind regards, Krista Tirkkonen CHRO
