Most tech leaders are ok. They might not be the most experienced in the field (hence strategy is a mess) but they are willing to listen to you.
Cons
- Other leaders are ruthless, lack humility, and are commanding not nurturing. - The company does not handle uncomfortable situations properly. - A leader got fired but it's kept "hush-hush". - The company is still establishing a lot of practices. - Too many products, all trying to find product-market fit - Very messy - Product culture is weak - Feels top-down.
