Worst Management. Will make you wait 2 months even for a experience letter and They treat you like you are slave and they are doing a favor to you to pay you Micro-management at its peak specially by the CEO himself Unprofessional CTO and HR Zero perks and benefits Being a US based company but pay in fixed pkr Weird timing Have to work on slowest VM that keeps on getting stuck while you work Will show their investors that employees are from US but actually working remotely from India and Pakistan Most toxic CEO who wants to punish every person for even a spelling mistake CEO wants to work individually on every task and consider helping others waste of time No work life balance they want you to keep working non stop without even a break No increment If you get increment, you can't leave for a year otherwise you will have to pay back the increment you got ( unbelievable ) No policy followed expect when they want to cut your pay No off on local holidays An Employee is a good employees whole like all the Linkedin posts
