Flexibility, good annual leave, an ever-improving relationship between senior leadership, middle management and the workforce

You go home, get paid (poorly), Chan is no longer pushing his far right religious beliefs, Chans been fired, a lot of useless 'managers' were made redundant, firm is bankrupt having been taken over. There is no 'family feel' to the firm, if you work here and rent a house from them, you have to attend their community days or get fired.
Cons
Working here. Pretending its a great place to work, not all directors have not been fired yet.
