Overpriced, very difficult to use intranet platform. No training for new employees. Sink or swim mentality. No guidance from mgmt. Consistently fail to hit quarterly sales targets, year after year. Management will provide false updates and false promises to get employees to perform so that they can acquire more investors. Future promises never happen. Commissions are never paid at 100% or even at 25% due to lack of sales within other regions. Top management is located in France, and do not understand the American language, market or culture. HR is an unhelpful joke. The culture is toxic because everyone is unhappy. No such thing as work/life balance. Zero perks. Employee turn around is under a year. Just search LinkedIn for previous employees and you will see how long people stay there.

The company is very dry with no culture. No good benefits or perks. Communication is pretty bad between different offices, departments, people in high up positions. Sometimes hostile environment. Executives are very secretive and don't share much information to the rest of the team (start ups are supposed to be open with their colleagues). The French people keep to themselves and make themselves seem better than the US employees (this is what I've observed). If you're new to the tech space and want to grow your career this is definitely not the place.
