      Great Company At First

      Pros

      Initially joined in 2022. Incredible work-life balance (the position was fully remote and had unlimited PTO). Colleagues were great. Had positive and helpful attitudes.

      Cons

      Changes in leadership led to 4-5 rounds of layoffs in a year. Poor promotion opportunities.

      Pros

      Leadership went completely down the drain. I am extremely thankful for the colleagues, friends and experience I gained while working here. It was once a mission-driven company. But all of this sadly went away once they started laying off everyone. No longer the company it once was.

      Cons

      Everything above. Bad leadership. Most recent review mentioned “rough patches” being over, but what they fail to mention is how these “rough patches” cost so many people their jobs.
