- happy working environment if the department you are in is not "toxic." - air-conditioned lecture rooms - free Google apps and drive - on time in giving salaries
Cons
- very low salary increase over the years if their criteria are not met - a very low opportunity for career advancement - skills are overlooked by degree - they give you unpaid positions, extra tasks are not paid too - no other benefits or incentives aside from SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH - rules change whenever the management feels like it - unused leaves are not converted to cash
