      Pros

      - CEO is very approachable and easy to talk to - Ample parking and cheap vending machines

      Cons

      - Very technical/coded product which is tough to sell to finance groups - Instead of getting to the root of the problem they are simply trying to grow through acquisitions - No innovation when it comes to the future of the product - Point above is due to no fresh approach as the same management has been around for quite a while

      Pros

      Good work life balance and competitive salaries. Great atmosphere and great people to work with. Free coffee and cheap vending machines.

      Cons

      The company has been bought and sold several times over the past few years leading to significant cutbacks and layoffs.
