Creating an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative work environment is our priority. I am disappointed to hear that your experience did not live up to our goal to make LogicMonitor the best place you have ever worked. We are currently working through a career mapping project with each of our managers to define clear and concise direction on getting promoted within departments, as well as map out how to successfully leverage skillsets for cross departmental opportunities. Motivating team members to achieve their goals is of utmost importance to us. In regards to the direction of the business, we have just announced that Vista Equity Partners has entered into an agreement to acquire majority stake in LogicMonitor. We are incredibly excited for the next chapter in our growth journey and to continue to enhance our employee experience.
