      Pros

      A true teamwork atmosphere. Every company claims to have a team culture, but few actually do so. Everyone here is dedicated to the success of both the company and individual. Everyone is approachable and helpful. Best culture I have experienced in this industry.

      Pros

      Health club membership at Vasa for all employees.

      Cons

      Definitely don't recommend-one star is a gift. Lots of promises in terms of what can be provided, but none were provided in the short time I was there. Offices are shared in some cases with other sales team members which makes it hard to get work accomplished without bothering or disrupting your office mate. All employees expected to be in office every day and CEO watches internal messenger application to monitor employee activity. Compared to other AV companies in the area, the sales compensation package at Logic Integration is far worse.

      Hello Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. We are very sorry the work environment or the job was not what you expected when hired. Before hiring, we did give you a tour of the office before and after being hired. Like many offices, we have some shared office spaces for our sales team who are in and out throughout the day. Also, as far as Slack; Slack is a common communication tool used by many companies in and out of our industry, it is by no means to track employees. Some companies use Microsoft Teams, we happen to use Slack. We are sorry you felt that way . If leads come in, it is nice to know who is in the office and who is on-site walks, etc. Anyway, we will take this feedback and work on getting better!       An Amazing Place to Work

      Pros

      The staff at Logic Integrations is more of a Family then they are coworkers. Everyone is always looking out for each other and willing to lend a hand if ever it is needed.

      Cons

      Because we are like a family, we have the normal family issues when under pressure at times.
