Think Twice Before Joining

Pros

There are some capable and hardworking people who genuinely try to keep things moving, and you will definitely learn how to stay flexible and adapt quickly. If you enjoy problem solving in unpredictable environments, you may find plenty of practice here.

Cons

Organization is weak and priorities change frequently, which makes it hard to plan or execute work efficiently. Direction from the top, including the CEO, often feels unclear or disconnected from industry realities, resulting in strategies that sound ambitious but rarely translate well in practice. Communication across teams can be inconsistent, so alignment is more of a pleasant surprise than a standard process. At times, optimism seems to replace data and experience, which can be entertaining at first but frustrating over time.

The Downfall Continues

Pros

Industry leading software, mission critical part of the supply chain. Sales team has some strong leaders/individual contributors.

Cons

Ever since AKKR took over and brought in the new CEO, the culture has taken an extreme nosedive into the depths of a disengaged and devalued work force. Most, if not all, high level roles have been filled by the friends of the CEO. Many long-time, dedicated employees have been forced out due to restructuring or due to the toxic work environment. Leaders are selfish and do not care about the company culture or employee development, despite talking a big game about this "initiative." The people team is known as the "anti-people team," a running joke around the entire org, because the HR leader is cutthroat and is not there to help people. Their role is merely to ensure that the CEO gets what he wants, even if that means being sued. Wages are very low compared to the market and merit raises are insignificant, if anything.

Pros

great company, competitive pay, great people

Cons

horrible BDR management, gives you less than 60 days in the job to prove yourself. They will fire you quick if you don't do well quick. (it's hard to do well) lots of cold calling.
