Don’t Plan on a Career at Littelfuse

The pay and benefits are alright until you make too much.

Cons

They are a typical large corporation that only think in short term goals. When there’s lots of work they hire and when it slows down they lay off instead of trying to pace out the work. They tend to lay off senior people in favour of keeping lower paid people. When the work ramps up they are left struggling to find experienced people.

Training available if desired, great raises, awesome people, profit share, leading the competition, exciting job.

Cons

Must work OT every week, mandatory for management. Top management not having understanding what happens in the plant. Quick to hire slow to fire. To much responsibility on supervisors and mangers need more positions to level out the work load.
