Pros

LI is on the forefront of innovation in the Test & Measurement industry. The core product technology concept has tons of potential for continued growth in the market, and the company culture is very inclusive of people from diverse backgrounds which promotes an excellent company culture.

Cons

Taking a long time to get past the "start-up" stage.

Pros

Smart and nice co-workers, free lunches and happy hours.

Cons

Leadership and management gave no direction and inspiration. The company was acting like a large corporation, hiring and firing people constantly. There was too much turnover and layoffs that caused a toxic work environment.
