    Pros

    The pay is good, easy to get in if you have a criminal record, and great teamwork

    Cons

    The yellow parking lot sucks you can't have one day without someone hitting/scratching your car, sometimes management don't listen and don't take your skills for a certain job seriously. Sometimes the hours can be long and no one knows when they are leaving because no one accurately update your number.

    Opportunities for growth, to expand skillsets, and meaningful volunteer experience within the community.

    Cons

    Lack of transparency from executive leadership. Training and development really need to be improved, at least on the aftermarket side. This is very much a boy's club and has a LONG way to go when treating women with respect in their decision-making capabilities and pay. Unfortunately, there is a parity in wage pay for women and would be VERY clear upon employment to ensure you negotiate a fair salary right out the gate as this industry has the capacity to pay women fairly, but they do not.
