      - Lots of opportunities to develop. They have good problems to tear into! - Ability to travel/work from anywhere pending your role and seniority

      Cons

      - Co-Working/Place to gather could be helpful. - Not for those looking for something 'comfortable' rather those who are looking to step up, take greater accountability. Be wary should you be looking to coast.

      - Well-funded startup with prominent investors - A true entrepreneurial company which gives you the opportunity to really take ownership if you are up for it - Very ambitious leadership team and people in general - Solving an interesting problem

      Cons

      - Lack of standardisation and process (I guess it's expected in a company at this stage) - Roll-out of options has been quite slow - Hours can be long
