Some colleagues are really awesome.

Cons

Terrible management that doesn't care about its employees. After the mass layoffs, leadership blamed employees for the company's failures instead of taking responsibility. After always trying to go the extra mile, it felt like a punch in the face.

Amazing team to work with. Everyone supports each other. Great people to learn from.

Cons

Poor decision making from the leadership. Multiple restructures this year and mass layoffs today after mass hiring last year. Some of the team members moving to a different company. They seem to not care about people and employees are not often treated like humans, more like numbers.
