The company as a whole focuses entirely on getting things done quickly. They would rush you to speed up and patients can hear the doctors and staff and would feel rushed themselves. I also believe I was underpaid for Pasadena's minimum wage at that time.

They pay low, there is unnecessary drama, you will feel stress, hours are always changing, gossip like teenagers, your output is never enough, somebody is always being blamed for something going wrong, no accountability from management. Equipment is always being fixed, they have a ticket system like you'd see in a deli for customers at a grocery store, it gets to be way to busy and they won't compensate you for your harder work unless you are in sales and make decent commissions. Favoritisim is real here, jealousy among adults, somebody is always sleeping with somebody from another or the same department, its fine on one hand, on the other, it causes more drama. Do yourself a favor, find another job.
