      Lots of challenges, Overtime is x2 and there's plenty of it.

      Alot too much overtime at times and time on the road away from family.

      Pension plan, room for growth, overall pretty decent company to work for,

      Not a lot of help from upper management. Give you pointless projects to do instead of fixing real problems. Need to hire more people.
