      People are friendly and helpful

      Leadership seems to not know what they are doing when it comes to operating a large-scale federal contract. HR, payroll, benefits and operations functions were either nonexistent, or understaffed, resulting in months-long lapses in pay, benefit cuts and other unnecessary mistakes.
