    Cons

-Managers to the top are inexperienced and make a lot of mistakes with the org causing chaos down the road. -A lot of slogans and fake talk from above in the management latter.

I have been working at Lime full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-If you’re an average field tech, there is some freedom in driving around in a van with no direct supervision. -Pay can be decent, depending on the local manager.

    Cons

-The software is wanting, which is unfortunate as it’s a huge part of the business. -Local management does what they can, but senior management is full of people who have never done this job before and for whom a spreadsheet is the entire picture. -You will be given tasks that are impossible, corporate will then question why things aren’t getting done. -ALL EMPLOYEE’S SAVE FOR THE LOCAL GM ARE CONTRACT LABORERS. NO PROTECTIONS FOR EMPLOYEES. -The company is hyper focused on achieving profit this year, however the plans and schemes they use are not viable for long term profitability. -benefits are weak -scheduling is hard as corporate mandates running a skeleton crew. Good luck getting time off over a weekend. -You will be expected to work harder than your bosses, both immediate and corporate. - legitimate complaints will be ignored, unless it’s an issue that represents a potential legal issue. - corporate is too comfortable cutting corners on just about everything. Anything that might get us to profit faster. - there is NO room for advancement within the company. I’m at the low end of middle management and I’ve hit the ceiling, HARD.

I worked at Lime full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Team very strong and committed Lots of money spent on internal perks, especially at HQ Desire to be purpose-driven and affect the world for the better

    Cons

Leadership insular and not committed to a singular vision - seems to be driven from fear rather than lead with conviction. No clear consensus about what company purpose is/should be. Teams working independently and admirably with no clear target from the company.

I worked at Lime full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Global & connected team - Great product/service (in theory)

    Cons

    - Leadership hides behind a facade of empathy and feedback, while practicing the polar opposite. - The unit economics DO NOT WORK. They've been preaching a righting of the ship forever, but if the company could not make the financials work in Paris, they're not going to work anywhere else. - There have been 3 CEOs in 3 years. The current CEO could not be a bigger micromanager.
