Pros
The Headstart Program and Pre-K program is good. The lead teacher is very dedicated. There are some teachers there for the right reasons.
Cons
The moral is horrible and direction doesn't do anything about it. Sometimes they add to it by talking to staff about other staff. Teachers can emotionally abuse children without consequences. They claim to be accredited, but only follow the rules of accreditation when being watched. It's a shame the good teachers are hurt by the bad. Horrible work environment, caddy, and unstable.
