LFG's commitment to doing right by their employees and fostering a healthy work environment has been unparalleled in my experience with game dev studios.
Cons
Some kinks to be ironed out with studio-wide communication and general practices with an all-remote, asynchronous business model. And of course, unfortunately, we ultimately underwent major layoffs.
