The company offered excellent benefits, like a really good medical coverage and a solid 401k match. I was fortunate enough to have two great managers that gave me options for career development.

Cons

One of the main issues was the lack of consistent communication and alignment across teams. Leadership disagreements created a lot of confusion and information wasn't always shared in the most professional way. The company has a high turnover rate with their employees, especially with the hourly staff.
