Management truly care about you, rewarding work
Cons
Pay is low and responsibility is high. This is more of a societal problem than a company problem.

Cons
Upper management Lack communication accountability No room for growth
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Working with the clients is enjoyable and rewarding.
Cons
It is obvious to anyone who works or has worked there, that the positive reviews are done by HR. Management has serious deficiencies in emotional intelligence. They pick out employees to harass into worshiping them. They are top heavy with VPs who are at best middle management caliber and have huge egos that need to be constantly stroked. HR sides with Management which makes it a hostile and toxic environment. The sad part is they don’t care how well you work with the clients which should be their primary concern.

Lots of downtime, great clients, caring company that looks out for its staff. Minor education Reimbursement
Cons
It is a 56 hour position that required staff to sleep over at the house 2-3 nights a week. They give you 8 hours of sleep but its not easy and can be very straining.

Pros
pay is fair, benefits are good, clients make my job great it is a joy to work with them. Company gives back to the employees.
Cons
nurse mangager is poor minded, does not have individuals best interest in front and center. Lazy workers who just are there for the paycheck. Short staffed and it is not fair to the clients that live in the home. If staffing was better this could be a great house.
