Pros
The people are still very friendly and supportive, although lets see for how long. With all the constant changes, you see demotivation and toxit working levels grow everyday
Cons
- Constant Management Change (to CEO level): Frequent leadership changes, especially at the CEO level, created uncertainty and disrupted strategic direction - Increasing Toxicity with Each Change: Not only is there constant change, but each change brings a culture that actively promotes negative behaviors. - Business Values are "Just Words": Employees feel lied to and that the company's true priorities are hidden or contradictory to what is preached. - People Not Valued: impacts morale, engagement, and retention. People feel unappreciated, impacting their productivity - Lack of Transparency and Honesty: no clear and honest communication. - Overal Toxic Working Environment: a constant exposure to stress and disrespect

Super place to work in. Amazing people and some very good products.
Cons
The office isnt the same as Apple, Google or other big tech companies.
