Pros

There are a lot of free snacks in the office. Regularly held "biggest loser" competitions for weight loss. Front row designated parking for the upper management. Most of those that held less prestigious titles were cool and good people.

Cons

The high leadership made work-life almost unbearable. There is a school for the mentally challenged right across the street from the office. I often wondered if some of those students escaped and came to become the leadership of Lifescript.

- New office is very nice. - Located in Newport Beach near great restaurants and shopping - Some good people sprinkled throughout the organization - A few nice people in upper management but they're all hamstrung by the CEO

Cons

- The CEO is a bitter, angry person and that trickles down to the entire organization (he'll occasionally start openly screaming at people and will send inappropriate, angry, company wide emails). Unless the CEO decides to step down, or the company's sold, there's little chance that things are going to change anytime soon. - There's little to no chance for you to advance your position anywhere within the organization - Other people have said this but, this is an internet company and they act more like a stodgy banking outfit. The worst part is that they are literally across the street from Google so you can look out the window and see how it should be done.

Not in home office, ability to make good friends with others going through the same situation. Decent traffic and content on site.

Cons

Awful management, abusive, outright rude. Inability to treat others with respect and earn respect from employees.
