      Pros

      Great benefits: health insurance 401 K, paid vacation & sick time

      Cons

      Advancement with in company is limited, if not at all. The company is focused on budget costs, and does not provided adequate staff needed. Most employees feel over worked and under appreciated. Favoritism within all departments and branches is an issue.

      Good cause saving lives, good benefits, pay is good if they like you. hard working employees

      Cons

      Bad management. Favoritism at work, Dirty politics, Lying to your face, I don't see anything positive at this company.

      Pros

      LifeGift provides constant availability of upper management to assist you in learning, completing your duties with confidence and having positive outcomes. The flexibility for your personal needs is there and you are able to take time off when you need to without feeling shamed. Even with the geographical distance between offices, there is engagement and people know you; you feel like you matter.

      Cons

      Management is primarily located in Houston, so anyone outside of that area might not have the face-to-face interaction they want with their supervisors. Working 24-hours shifts can take a toll on some of the employees.
