The flexibility for your personal needs is there and you are able to take time off when you need to without feeling shamed. Even with the geographical distance between offices, there is engagement and people know you; you feel like you matter.
Cons
Management is primarily located in Houston, so anyone outside of that area might not have the face-to-face interaction they want with their supervisors. Working 24-hours shifts can take a toll on some of the employees.
