The owner does not care about anything but money. Will wear designer clothes and jewelry while paying her staff under 35% cut.

Pros
Ability to choose clients and decline clients based on your interests/ desires.
Cons
Toxic management/ owner. Long hours and little pay. Salary-based, so you don't get the compensation directly from your own clients. Micromanagement with questionable business practices. Lack of experience with diverse mental health conditions.
