Pros

Good atmosphere and management team. Superior equipment and service model.

Cons

Ridiculous corporate sales requirements to obtain permanent position. Required to make 6 sales in 4 weeks with access to the oldest leads, meaning you are trying to reach people who have been pitched, emailed, phoned 6-10 times. Company has not responded to competition which offers inferior products at much lower prices by informing market of their superior service and equipment. Very inflexible on equipment options which costs sales.

Pros

A job that pays you money

Cons

Encourages off the clock working To use own cellphone and email to make sales for new employees working hourly Gives old leads to new employees and feeds new leads to top sellers, some that have been there for over 10 years. No training , just 4 hours of talking up the position by someone who’s newer and had a good year.
