Pros

No pro’s , honestly down there with one of the worst places I’ve ever worked at.

Cons

In the short space of time I was there I noticed so many red flags. Poor pay, employees constantly complain about the workplace but still stick around. There is a lot of gossiping and micromanaging. Bullying in the workplace is rife and your personal information cannot be trusted in the hands of management they will talk about you with other management and colleagues. The pensions team is so backwards they expect colleagues to come in everyday to do work that they can be doing from home. The manager frowns on a systems going paperless. Everything is old school. When you ask a question they will laugh about it after. Everyone is so miserable and energy draining.
