Pros
I feel like the company really, really cares about it's staff. Very family-like vibe. Great variety of projects, and good benefits too ! Can work from home, but the offices are great too !
Cons
In my experience here, the project planification has been quite bumpy, though they are actively transitionning to a more solid approach, to be able to scale as en enterprise.

You work on many projects, different tech stacks and it's not long before you can lead a team or choose the management path.
Cons
Sometimes you get to work on too many projects during the same week (some projects start, some are ending and some others are ongoing).
