      Pros

      Incredibly passionate employees that want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of neurodivergent clients.

      Cons

      The most incompetent, disconnected and cowardly C-suite you will ever come across. Incoherent, rudderless bumbling for months on end has led to the redundancy of more than half of the company in April 2025! I hope they sleep well at night! Tragic demise of a market leader and the clients we purport to serve will be the ones that are affected.

      Pros

      Company has a great mission and the Psych team genuinely do help people.

      Cons

      Internally there seems to be a lack of awareness particularly among the non psychologist staff of neurodiversity. I experienced difficulties with these staff around my own neurodiversity where I felt like I was being tested or had to prove myself worth support. Multiple times I felt like I was being accused of faking my diagnosed conditions.
