Pros

Being a broker is great if you're into thinking on your feet.

Cons

This job was fine at first and slowly morphed into a truly unbearable situation in less than a year. Upper management is disconnected and middle management is generally useless. Systems are outdated, expectations are lacking in communication and they don't care about employees input. High staff turnover in the last few years.

Pros

* Young, intelligent, fun-loving people. * Different products on different technologies, quite versatile. It's relatively easy to change teams and change atmosphere, so never boring.

Cons

* Non-competitive salaries in some of the positions. * It's not trivial to request and receive bonuses, raises, additional off-days etc. * Little knowledge sharing between the teams. * The company needs improvement in transparency (to the employees). * The company does not put enough focus on employees' engagement and drive. * Lacking in culture.
