Pros

- Some colleagues were supportive and passionate about helping members. - The mission sounded good on paper.

Cons

- Toxic culture: Leadership fosters an environment where fear and control dominate rather than collaboration. - No autonomy for coaches: Despite being hired for expertise, coaches are micromanaged and stripped of decision-making power. - Abusive practices: Before leaving, I experienced repeated disrespect and dismissive behavior from management, creating a hostile work environment. - Lack of trust: Leadership does not empower employees, which stifles growth and morale.
