      All downhill since the merger

      Great colleagues Solid Product-Market fit

      This used to be a good company to work for but the entire organization has been in chaos for the previous 12 months with no end in sight. Company has gone through multiple re-branding excercises in the last year but does not allocate resources to improve deal flow. Quota is not in-sync with the reality of the market which is best exemplified by the fact only one rep has qualified for President's club (including both SME & ENT reps). Multiple rounds of explicit & stealth layoffs and multiple C-suite members exiting the company in the past year.

      Mostly competent individual contributors with good qualifications. A few people that truly care but most don't

      Unattractive sales cycle and highly saturated market facing technical hurdle and changes in trends Very low employee engagement and career tracks though HR is aware and creating "programs" to address Low differentiation against competitiors Spread out and silo teams across the "global organization" and chaos at the management level with constant departures

      Dev team is great and talented

      Cons

      Lied about acquisition and sale of Essential Accessibility (Canadian) and called it a merger. Lied to staff about there not being lay offs then promptly laid off most to all Canadian staff. The list goes on but since then eA's Glass door was at 4.5 and Level Access is, well you can see for yourself.
