      There are no longer any pros. They are going through a round of layoffs now

      Cons

      A company that has lost its way. In an attempt to be the next big IPO, this company forgot what and who it was. A new salesperson entering this company has almost no chance to stay long term. Opportunities are handed to the most unethical closers. Nearly every VP level employee or higher was under qualified for their position and hired as friends of the owners rather than qualified hires. You will be made to feel bad about your performance.
