Pros

Amazing talent density while keeping an environment with very little ego in decisions. Fastest pace I've ever seen. Zero bs. Great problems to work on, and bleeding edge tech.

Cons

It is a war machine in terms of pressure, expectations, and rhythm of change. Every week is different, and direction can pivot drastically from one day to the other as the company reacts to the metagame.

Pros

Career trajectory here is wild — more people getting expanded scope faster than anywhere I've seen, which makes sense at this pace of growth. Impact is real and immediate: spot a problem, fix it. No bureaucracy, no hierarchy. Just execution and outcomes that actually matter. The culture is warm and genuinely supportive; on multiple occasions I've needed to prioritize personal and family matters, and management has consistently ensured I had the space to do so.

Cons

5 days in office can be a stretch. Work-life balance has a learning curve - the first 1-2 months are rough until the role clicks. After that, it's very manageable. Not a 9-5, but balance is real if you're intentional about it.
